NEUTROMED is dedicated to caring for the most sensitive skin, ensuring it remains healthy and hydrated. Their products are specially formulated to gently cleanse while protecting the skin’s natural pH balance. Smith Lumen was tasked with repositioning the brand to align with market needs and enhance its synergy across other hygiene categories, such as shower gel.

This project involved creating a new positioning and reorganising the brand architecture, followed by a restyling of the visual identity and the design of a new bottle shape. Our design strategy focused on balancing the brand’s pharmaceutical heritage with a contemporary look and feel. This approach was intended to maintain the brand’s credibility while expanding its appeal to a broader target audience, including younger and older consumers seeking efficacy and delicacy.

The logo and visual identity have been redesigned to give NEUTROMED a modern feel, featuring vibrant colours and clear messaging that maximise shelf impact. The outcome is a fresh and contemporary image that conveys both expertise and care. This project was challenging, as it allowed us to start from a strategic perspective, enabling us to differentiate the brand from the numerous competitors on the shelves and transform it into a contemporary entity without compromising its historical values.
